Intelligence. Insight. Resilience.

Supply chain
intelligence & analysis agents

JSCAIP's agents read a supplier's invoices, shipping papers, certificates and purchase orders, verify what they say and deliver an executive risk report, so you know which suppliers are safe to pay before the money moves.

Six intelligent agents. One mission.

Evidence-based. Consistent. Explainable.

1. Review Lead Agent

Delivers one complete, on-time review for every supplier file, with a full record of what was examined.

2. Document Intelligence Agent

Reads invoices, bills of lading, certificates and purchase orders and organises the key facts: parties, goods, routing, certificates and who gets paid.

3. Data Validation Agent

Checks every name, number and date against the source documents and discards anything it can't trace back to the paperwork.

4. Supplier Intelligence Agent

On Deep reviews, plans and gathers public-source intelligence on key counterparties, such as adverse media and enforcement news, with a link to every source.

Public-source leads to verify; not a substitute for official sanctions-list screening.

5. Risk Analytics Agent

Scores and prioritises the risks, then writes the executive report: overall rating, top findings and the recommended actions, each tied to its evidence.

6. Quality Assurance Agent

Makes sure every report you receive meets the standard, and flags anything uncertain for human review.

Your supplier
risk shield

On every review, the agents work as one team: the documents are read and verified, the supplier is researched, the risk is scored, and the result is checked before it reaches you.

The outcome is one clear report your leadership can act on: proceed, proceed with conditions, or stop and investigate.

  • Catch warning signs earlyRedirected payments, origin conflicts and weak certificates, found before money moves.
  • Evidence behind every findingEach finding quotes the document text it came from.
  • Objective by designA country, port or nationality is never a red flag on its own.
  • Clear next actionsRecommended actions with an owner in procurement, finance or compliance.

Who it's for

Built for the leaders who sign off on suppliers and payments

JSCAIP supports one decision: should we proceed with this supplier and this transaction, proceed with conditions, or stop and investigate?

Procurement leaders

Add a consistent document risk review to supplier onboarding and large orders without adding headcount, and know which suppliers need a closer look.

Compliance & risk

Triage supplier files by risk level, escalate with quoted evidence and assign each follow-up to the right owner. It supports your existing screening; it doesn't replace it.

CFO & COO

See exposure to payment fraud, counterfeit goods, origin misdeclaration and shell-company risk in one page, before funds are released or goods are accepted.

What it looks for

The warning signs are usually in the paperwork. Finding them takes time your team doesn't have.

Redirected payments, recycled certificates, origin claims that don't match the shipping route, intermediaries with only a registered-agent address. Experienced analysts catch these, but reading every page of every supplier file by hand doesn't scale.

Payment & invoice fraud

Payee differs from the seller, totals don't match, unusual payment terms or bank details.

Counterfeit goods

Prices far below market, "refurbished" or "no warranty" clauses, unverifiable manufacturer authorisations.

Transshipment & origin

Declared origin that conflicts with goods markings, re-packed containers, unexplained routing.

Shell-company & sanctions exposure

Registered-agent addresses, missing registration numbers, end-use clauses. Deep reviews add public-source checks.

How it works

From supplier file to a decision, in five steps

  1. Submit supplier documents
  2. Automated document review
  3. Risk indicators & external checks
  4. Executive risk report
  5. Decision & follow-up
See how it works

Objective by design. A country, port or nationality is never treated as suspicious in itself. Geography only counts when it comes with a concrete inconsistency, such as a declared origin that contradicts the shipping route.

The sample was produced by the platform from a fictional bill of lading. Page one is an executive summary; the supporting detail follows for the people who act on it.

  • Top findings, each tied to the exact document text behind it
  • Recommended actions assigned to procurement, finance and compliance
  • Confidence and limitations stated plainly
